Dump trailer is suitable for various parts of various industries and has a strong load capacity, which is one of the reasons why it has become an indispensable part of many workplaces.
What is a dump trailer?
A dump trailer, also known as a dumper trailer or tipper trailer, is used for transporting materials (such as sand, gravel, or demolition waste) for construction as well as coal. A typical dump truck is equipped with an open-box bed, which is hinged at the rear and equipped with hydraulic rams to lift the front, allowing the material in the bed to be deposited (“dumped”) on the ground behind the truck at the site of delivery.

Advantages of Dump Trailer
1. Truck Bed
One of the most notable features of dump trucks is the spacious truck bed. This makes it very suitable for carrying loose objects such as concrete, gravel, sand, etc. It can also handle all other types of materials. And the driver does not have to worry about the load overflowing into the roadway.
2. Load Capacity
Dump trucks have excellent load capacity, especially for transporting gravel or sand. Most dump trucks can carry 88,000 pounds (about 40T) of sand or gravel.
3. Operation Freedom
The dump truck has extremely strong maneuverability, which maximizes the user-friendliness of the operation. For example, the dump truck can be dumped from the side or from the back. Even some dump trucks can realize three-way dumping.
